The 13th annual Walk With Me Houston is less than three weeks away! Our family fun walk presented by Prosperity Bank brings together Easter Seals Greater Houston's clients, staff, donors and community supporters for a fun-filled day at the Houston Zoo. The best day to register and start fundraising is today. We're almost 60% of the way to our goal – now is the time to give to keep the momentum going and help us reach $1 million for critical disability and veteran/military-connected services!

Meet the faces behind the leading three Walk With Me 2024 teams raising money to support Easter Seals Greater Houston's life-changing programs!
Robert Dowdell has been part of the Easter Seals Greater Houston family for many years, attending camps when he was little, serving as a Walk With Me Ambassador in 2016 and now participating in our weekly Adult Recreation Program! Robert's sister, Katie Dowdell, an Assistant Vice President at our presenting sponsor, Prosperity Bank, serves as a co-chair of Walk With Me Houston alongside Jim West, a Vice President at Prosperity Bank. Robert’s mom, Katherine, is also a long-time supporter and Easter Seals Greater Houston Board Member. With help from supporters like you, the Dowdells have already raised $23,850 for Easter Seal Greater Houston programs, like the Adult Recreation Program, which provides a safe environment for adults to socialize and engage in recreational activities, filling a critical gap in services often overlooked for adults with disabilities. Quanta Services joined Walk With Me Houston as an official sponsor in 2021 and has since contributed more than $215,000, not including the nearly $70,000 they’ve raised so far for Walk With Me 2024! Beyond financial support, Quanta executives and employees are always eager to meet and get to know our clients, connecting with them on a personal level. Quanta has gone the extra mile outside of Walk With Me, too, using their community partnerships to give clients once-in-a-lifetime experiences, like getting a shout-out at a Houston Astros game. Walk With Me 2024 Honorary Chairmen Elizabeth and Anthony DeLuca founded The Caroline School in 2002 to provide a high-quality education to their daughter, Caroline, and other children with multiple disabilities, developmental delays and medical needs. The school prioritizes inclusion and individualized learning, catering each student's educational experience to their unique abilities and needs. The DeLucas walk in memory of Caroline, who passed away in 2016, and to raise crucial funds for The Caroline School. So far this year, Team Caroline has raised an incredible $50,710! If you’d like to pick up your family or team's packets early, you are welcome to do so. You are responsible for ensuring their delivery. Please make sure everyone on your team aged 11+ has raised a minimum of $50 as of 11:45 p.m. on Wednesday, April 17th, or have funds ready to be collected at Randalls. If you are an individual picking up for a group of 15 or more or a corporate sponsor, please notify Gabriela Silva at GSilva@eastersealshouston.org by April 17th. We will coordinate with you for a more efficient pickup.
You MUST bring your ticket and wristband to the walk. These guarantee your entry into the event and cannot be replaced.
Can't pick up your packet early? Check in at the registration table located outside the Houston Zoo entrance gates between 7:00 and 8:00 a.m. before the walk. Registration closes promptly at 8:00 a.m.
