Easter Seals Greater Houston’s Housing and Financial Coaching Programs assist low-income individuals and families, veterans and adults with disabilities and families of children with disabilities reach their dreams of owning their first homes through financial coaching, financial education, homebuyers education and down payment assistance.

Homebuyer Education Classes
Learn about homebuying, down payment assistance and how to budget for a sustainable mortgage. Participants hear presentations by realtors and loan officers.
- Classes are FREE and take place virtually from 8:00 am -11:30 am.
- *Must Attend 6-8 hours total to receive education certification
- 2026-2027 Classes (English): May 16th & 23rd, September 19th & 26th, November 7th & 14th, January 16th & 23rd, March 20th & 27th, May 15th & May 22nd, September 18th & 25th, and November 6th & 13th.
