This year, the Rotary Club of West U (Houston)'s annual tournament will support Easter Seals Greater Houston's vital High School/High Tech and Employment programs. over 70% of students and young adults served by ESGH come from low-income families and face significant challenges, including higher rates and increased risks of entering the juvenile justice system. Additionally, a staggering 70% of people with disabilities are under-employed or unemployed. ESGH programs provide crucial services and support to help students and adults with disabilities gain the skills and confidence they need to secure meaningful employment. All proceeds from the tournament will directly support high school and young adult participants in achieving their employment goals through a range of essential services and support.
