International Women's Day 2025

On a daily basis, we at Easter Seals have the privilege of seeing babies, children and adults with disabilities learn to overcome and use the tools that were given to them to become independent. Disability is not just a person who uses a wheelchair - it’s a growing population of young people diagnosed with autism, a friend who has epilepsy, and your great aunt living with Alzheimers. Our lives are touched by it every day. As demand for our services continues to grow, so do the demands on our caregivers, and that includes our therapists, teachers, support staff (who are overwhelmingly women) and all of our clients' mothers. So today for International Women's Day, we are celebrating these extraordinary women, and thanks to Infogain, who recently supported The Caroline School with generous funding, we got to celebrate our Caroline School teachers with a cake and Amazon gift cards, too!
