Yoga is run by instructors who are specifically trained to work with children with physical and cognitive disabilities. Students learn breathing techniques, self-calming strategies, balance, muscle strengthening and elongation and much more. We offer one combined yoga session for children who require assistance from their parent to complete each yoga pose and for children who are more advanced and can do most poses independently. Yoga is open to people with disabilities and siblings ages 6-18 years old. Yoga is held the 3rd Tuesday of each month at 6:00 to 6:50 pm.
